Wear any kind of flat soled rubber base shoes. Any type of running shoe, tennis shoe, spike-less golf shoes, sneaker type shoe can be worn on the reflective performance panels.
Don't wear spikes or heels.

Use a slightly damp lint free cloth with a tiny bit of dishwashing soap and water to clean the surface.

• A teaspoon of dishwashing soap per 16 ounces of water should do the trick.  Spray a tiny amount on the lint free cloth and wipe the mirror down.

• Recommended Brand Cleaners:
• Brillianize
• Novus #1 Cleaner is also great for cleaning the mirror surface.

Don't use:

• Don't use an abrasive cloth.
• Don't use paper towels.
• Don't use Windex or 409
• Don't use alcohol based or ammonia based products or any abrasive cloth on the mirror.

The mirror is a training surface that you stand on and make golf swings. You may get some scratches on the mirror over time. Many of those scratches will be easily removed with Novus No. 2 cleaner.

The mirror mat was designed for indoor use. You can use the Mirror Mat outdoors for getting different views but we don't recommend standing or hitting balls on the mirror mat outside. The reason we don't want you standing on the Mirror Mat outside is because we can't control the wind and debris. Say for instance a bunch of sand or grass clipping got on the mirror while you were using it outside. This may create a layer between your shoes and create a slippery surface. Indoors you should be able to control whatever may be on your mirror. And adding some grid tape to your foot area will add extra traction.
